In 2008, Richard Leach reupholstered my parents’ 1962 sofa, and recently a friend managed to break one of the bars in the wooden frame. I’m about 40 minutes away. Although he brought all kinds of tools for any eventuality, he was actually able to fix it simply and quickly with a mending plate, reconnecting the clean break in the wood. He did it in the half hour allotted by a loading zone for parking. He was very fair in what he charged, and I’m very grateful. My Blue Beauty is back to it’s old self! Mr. Leach is a nice man, a capable man, and a fair man, and I’d recommend him to anybody!
