Mr. Leach did a wonderfully complete make-over of my beloved chair. He was punctual, professional, a perfectionist, and honest. He picked up my chair to be reupholstered, and was flexible to allow me to pick out my own fabric from any place I chose, and over time communicated to me progress of his work. It looks like I gave him an old worn out chair, and he returned a brand new chair in its place. I loved also that he touched up the finish of the woodwork.
